Who we are

Newburyport Tech Support is owned and operated by Marianne Schultz. Marianne moved to Newburyport in 2015 and has fallen in love with this charming town. She still owns a home in the South End but now lives in Nashua, NH.

Marianne has been in the technology industry for more than a decade. She has a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and transitioned from a previous career in corporate human resources to reviewing consumer technology products in 2008. She’s worked at Reviewed.com (a division of USA Today) testing and reviewing smartphones, cameras, and televisions. She’s currently Project Manager at MacRumors.com, the largest website dedicated to covering Apple and its products. She has also reviewed products for The Wirecutter, a division of the New York Times. She’s used, tested, and reviewed hundreds of consumer technology products and has owned every single iPhone since the product was first released in 2007.
